Avinash has vast experience in textile fabric processing including dyeing and printing across a variety of textile fabrics gained during his initial years working with Morarjee Mills. Later he moved into marketing of dyes and auxiliaries for Clariant (I) Ltd. and Ciba Specialty Chemicals (I) Ltd., and diversified his experience with stints in sales, technical service and product management among others. In 2005, he was appointed as the Head of Marketing for the South Asian region at Ciba (now Huntsman). After the textile business was sold by Ciba to Huntsman he was given additional charge of market segment Woven Functional Fabrics for the whole of Asia. He resigned from Huntsman in June 2008.

Avinash holds a B.Sc. Tech in Textile chemistry from the prestigious University department of Chemical Technology (UDCT, now ICT), Mumbai, and Masters in Marketing Management (MMM) from Mumbai University.

Avinash handles Business Strategy, Marketing and Sales functions.

HP Shetty is a Mechanical Engineer from Karnataka University and has also done Masters in Finance Management from University of Mumbai.

HP Shetty started his career as Project Engineer in SM group of companies and was involved in establishing plants at various locations. Subsequently he moved into marketing of specialty chemicals.

In 1999 he joined Viswaat Chemicals Ltd and was responsible for Projects and Marketing. As head of sales and marketing he is exposed to a wide spectrum of industries like Textliles, Pharma, Leather, Paint and Coating, Personal Care, Construction etc. As project head he was responsible for setting up the state of the art manufacturing plant in Ambernath close to Mumbai.

Mr. Shetty joined Intexso in October 2014 and is looking after the new business development activities for the colloidal silica business, Sales and marketing of Leather Chemicals and setting of plant infrastructure development.
