Intexso Biochem Private Limited ("we," "our," "us," or "Intexso") owns and operates www.intexsobiochem.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from Website visitors and enquiry submitters, how we use and protect it, what rights you have, and how to contact us.

Applicability & Legal Framework

As of the date of this Policy (August 2026), Intexso complies with India's Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

Intexso is also preparing for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), whose operational provisions—including consent, notice, security, breach reporting, individual rights, children's data, and grievance redressal—commence on 13 May 2027. Upon that date, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect full DPDP compliance. Until then, current practices follow the IT Act 2000 framework.

Intexso Biochem Private Limited is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 certified manufacturer of specialty and performance chemicals for textile, leather, paper, and coatings industries.

When you submit our Contact/Enquiry form, email, or call us, you may provide:

  • Technical specifications or special requests (optional)

Information Collected Automatically:

When you visit the Website, we automatically log technical information:

We do not collect or store payment card details, as we do not operate an online store.

We do not process data based on 'legitimate business interest' as an independent ground under current Indian law.

  • Marketing/Newsletter Subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days
  • Server Logs & Analytics Data: Typically, 90 days (anonymised after that; check Google Analytics retention settings)

If you request deletion before the standard retention period, we will delete or anonymise your data promptly, unless we are legally required to retain it (e.g., tax records, ongoing dispute, or statutory hold).

  • Data Protection Board: Provide formal notification to the relevant regulatory authority within prescribed timelines, including detailed incident information within 72 hours (or as directed by regulatory guidance)

Notifications will include information about the breach, the type of data affected, likely consequences, and steps you can take to protect yourself.

13. International Visitors & Data Transfers

This Website may be accessed by visitors from outside India. Data is processed and stored primarily in India in accordance with Indian law.
