Mr. Avinash Orpe
Director - Business Strategy, Marketing & Sales
B.Sc. Tech in Textile Chemistry (UDCT) and Master's in Marketing Management (Mumbai University). Over three decades of experience in textile processing, marketing, and strategic leadership. Previously with Morarjee Mills, Clariant, and Ciba Specialty Chemicals, where he led marketing across South Asia and the Woven Functional Fabrics segment across Asia. At Intexso, he drives business strategy, marketing, and sales, leveraging deep domain expertise and global insights.
Mr. Vinod Naganur
Director - Operations & Product Development
Graduate in Textile Chemistry from D.K.T. Institute, with extensive experience across textile production and product management in India and overseas. Formerly at Ciba Specialty Chemicals (later Huntsman) as Marketing Head for Textile Printing Auxiliaries and Product Manager – Digital Inks (Asia). At Intexso, he leads manufacturing operations and product innovation, ensuring sustainable, high-performance formulations and process excellence.
Mr. H P Shetty
Director - Infrastructure, Sales & Marketing
Mechanical Engineer with a Master's in Finance Management, bringing a rare blend of technical acumen and financial insight. Began his career at SM Group, followed by an impactful tenure at Viswaat Chemicals Ltd. as Executive Director, where he led large-scale projects and cross-industry marketing initiatives. Since joining Intexso in 2014, he has been central to infrastructure expansion, market diversification, and operational scale-up.
Mr. Karun Tyagi
Chief Operating Officer
With over 25 years in sales, marketing, and sustainable textile chemistry, Mr. Tyagi has played a pivotal role in expanding Intexso's market leadership across domestic and international segments. As COO, he ensures alignment between strategy, sustainability, and people development — driving compliance with global standards, operational excellence, and a strong culture of mentoring future leaders.
